Isaiah Cacnio is a media artist and multimedia engineer based in Binan, Laguna, Philippines. His work is a blend of artistic expression and technical innovation with creative storytelling to produce compelling visual experiences. It explore themes of light, movement, and spatial dynamics, transforming ordinary spaces into immersive environments.

Isaiah's passion for art began at a young age but was momentarily set aside as he pursued an engineering degree. He trained in Hong Kong for projection mapping and later become the technical director for Van Gogh Alive in BGC. In 2020, he reignited his love for art by creating these fractal types of work throughout the year. This practice became a turning point, deepening his focus on abstract forms and expanding his artistic repertoire to include dynamic animations that distinguish his work.

His art has been showcased on prestigious exhibitions both local and international including Singapore Night Festival, Nimfa Labs (Milan, Italy), Bandung Light Festival, Art Fair Philippines 2024, and BGC Light Festival 2024 and 2025. His works has been showcased in different digital mediums such as billboards in EDSA, BGC, and projections in Ayala Triangle, and in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.​

His first solo exhibition was held at Art Fair Philippines 2025 where he sold out on the first day (Vernissage) of the fair. He also became one of the first digital artist to solo exhibit at the National Museum of the Philippines which showcases his art using OLED screens partnering with LG. He joins the ​
